The club coaching page has been gathering dust for some time and as such it was felt that it needed updated. We have added some articles of a general coaching nature and hope to use this to eventually store a bank of coaching, health and well being articles that will help develop all within our club.

Fit-4-Life continues on Wednesday nights at 6.30 and Sunday morning at 9.30 with Laura McCann. Pilates also runs every Tuesday at 7.30 with Lisa Maxwell. Come along and give it a try.
