Naomh Eoin’s yearly club registration day will take place on Saturday 21st February from 10am to 2.30pm. all existing and new members, juvenile and adult, need to attend to complete the registration forms and arrange payment of subs.
Failure to attend and complete your registration will mean you won’t be able to train or play. See below for further details on why registration important.
‘A Chara,
A registration day has been arranged for the 21st February and anyone seeking to renew or become a new member must register on this day. Why? Because at the end of each calendar year the GAA website is wiped clear and all previous members are required to re-register/renew or join membership. In previous years the membership lists have become very complicated and we really need EVERYONE who wishes to become a member of the club to register on this day and complete the relevant documents. This only takes a few minutes but ensures your membership is complete.
Anyone who currently pays by monthly bank draft and is unable to make it to the registration day can contact Conall Morgan or Una Simpson by email (una.simpson@hotmail.com, cmorgan38@qub.ac.uk, 07715 267 117)
The committee is working hard at the moment to review membership lists to ensure that everyone who is a member is correctly listed in relation to the various types of membership.
You may be contacted in the coming weeks to verify your status and if this is the case we would appreciate an early reply to assist the registration process.’
