About the Sporty Dietitian – Catherine Downey
The workshops will be led by Catherine Downey, a registered dietitian with seven years’ experience providing support to athletes and coaches in a high performance environment. Catherine is also a yoga teacher and personal trainer and aims to support athletes in fuelling their bodies and minds to reach their full potential.
