We are taking part in Ireland Lights Up in partnership with RTE Operation Transformation – a walking campaign starting on Tuesday 16 January 6pm, from Andersonstown Leisure Centre.
We are launching our participation with a short online seminar with Professor Marie Murphy (Edinburgh University & Ulster University) a world renowned physical acitvity expert on the benefits of walking and physical activity and tips for maximising these benefits, on Tuesday 9 January at 6pm.
