Fit4Life sessions suit all abilities. Each hour long session will be based on circuit training. Whole body conditioning through resistance training using high-intensity aerobic training.
Your fitness will improve specifically in the areas of strength building, flexibility and muscular endurance. If your New Years target is to start to get healthier, or to develop your current level of fitness this group exercise class is for you.
First class of 2017 starts Wednesday 11th 6.30pm at St. John’s GAC, Whiterock road. £3 per session
Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm
Sunday 9.30-10.30am
Pilates with Lisa Maxwell also resumes on Tuesday 10th @ 7.30pm. £4 per class. Come along and get involved. You’ll thank us for it!
