A “Taster Session” for G4M&O will be held on Friday 25thNovember at 8:00pm in the Club Sports Hall.
All ladies who have previously attended and anyone who wishes “to give it a go” are welcome to come along for the hour.
This is a great opportunity to learn some Gaelic Football skills, get fit & have some craic.
Some of the ladies who had been attending very nervously recently participated in a blitz at Rossa Park. They all agreed that it was great fun and they came away with a desire to continue on and gain more football skills and participate in future tournaments.
There is a desire among us and other clubs in Antrim to keep the momentum going and organise and participate in future blitzes.
The “taster session” is open to anyone new to the game and also members who have previously played but are no longer involved at a competitive level.
The future of the group will be decided on the numbers attending training and the session on the 25th will give an indicator as to how many are keen to participate.
