Féile Thanks

Camogs who did the club proud at the weekend

On behalf of the Féile Committee , we would like to thank everyone for the massive effort that ensured our Féile weekend was a resounding success.

The feedback was most encouraging not only from our guests, Lisgoold from Cork and Four Roads from Roscommon, but from all who attended Corrigan Park over the 2 days.

We would like to thank all our sponsors for their very generous support and to those club volunteers who give their time in the weeks leading up to the event.  Please do your best to support all our Sponsors whenever you can.

We give a special thank you to our host families for the hospitality shown to the travelling children and parents and without which the event couldn’t have happened.

Our Féile teams represented our club in the best possible way, with the girls reaching the 1/4 finals before losing to a very strong Laois team, Camross.

U14s and the support team!

Our boys defeated Eoghan Rua from Derry in the Shield Final at Lavey on Sunday, a terrific achievement and testament to the hard work put in by players, coaches and parents to lift raise morale from wher it was just a few months back.

The weekend was finished off in great style with our U21 hurlers becoming County Champions with victory over Cushendall….Naomh Eoin Abú!
