The u16  ladies didn’t take long to get back into the pace of the game and took the lead from the start with two quick goals and maintained a strong lead throughout the game.  Every member of the panel got a run out and contributed to a great team performance with the game finishing  Naomh Eoin 7-9 Lamh Dhearg 1-7.

On Wednesday evening the u14 ladies continued their quest to be crowned league champions with a 6-4 to 0-4 win against Lamh Dhearg. Once again you could not pick out a star performer as everyone on the panel had an outstanding game..

The u16 ladies had another great win and team performance  on Saturday this time in the championship against Colin Gaels at Corrigan .With  a good crowd in attendance the ladies put on an outstanding display of skill, scoring and defending.  With the Naomh Eoin girls winning the toss we opted to play with the wind and once again got off to a flyer with some  quick scores and maintained the lead throughout the game going in at half time 5-2  to 0-2 in front.

After the break the ladies came out and  continued with great pace and ball work  and kept pressing into   the Colin Gaels half of the pitch and firing in scores with the game finishing Naomh Eoin 10-5  Colin Gaels 0-3.
